2020 Existing Positions
We closed our NKLA shares/NKLA warrants/$30 June call options on June 8th with 725%-2100% winners are waiting for a new entry point. Currently, we are updating our Buy Under price for NKLA to $48.
On June 15, we added $10,000 each into FMCI shares, FMCIW warrants, and the FMCIU unit consisting of one FMCI share and one FMCI warrants @ $15.80 cost basis on the FMCI shares.
The FMCI Buy Under Price is $16 with a $70 target, so you have plenty of upside left (FMCIW warrant buy under is <$12.50 and FMCIU unit buy under is <$30

We are also long $10,000 Moderna (MRNA) <$70 at $52.50 in early June based on our FDA TREXA insiders intel about how well Moderna's coronavirus vaccine was doing.

We are long $10,000 CNHI at $5.60 with our current Buy under $7. CNHI is Nikola Corp.'s e-truck building partner in Europe who starts delivering NKLA's E-Trucks early 2021.
Our newest 2020 portfolio additions are SPAQ Spartan Acquisition Corp., sponsored by the $330 billion AUM Apollo Global Management ticker SPAQ shares and SPAQ.WS warrants on 7.10 with our intel that their deal to acquire e-vehicle manufacturer Fisker Inc. would become official in the next week or two.
The merger was announced Monday, July 13 at a $1.9 billion valuation. We lowered our Buy Under to $15.

1) This is a digital-only newsletter service. We do not run the normal "newsletter schedule" of printing a newsletter that is out of date the moment the ink drys.
2) We do NOT have a fixed editorial schedule like the normal investment newsletter service (trust me--I published ALL the top newsletters for Phillips Publishing before I started ChangeWave in 2000--they like Agora are still printing two-week-old newsletters).

So check your email daily.

IF you use Gmail, they have recently changed their webmail into three categories: Primary, Social, and Promotions. YOU must designate our email as PRIMARY--for many, their first email goes into PROMOTION.
One of the simplest ways to move a Gmail email is to left-click and hold on the email and drag it from the Promotions tab over to the Primary tab. Releasing the mouse will drop the email into the Primary tab. After it is dropped, Gmail will ask if you wish to make the change permanent.
5) Print out your user name and password for our website. Trust me. If you forget your user name or password, contact us via text or our DRIFT messaging service on the TR website and Subscriber Services will update your paywall account.
