Help! I Keep Getting Redirected After Logging In!

If you appear to have successfully signed in (no errors, redirected to the home page after logging in), but keep getting kicked back to the subscribe page whenever you attempt to go to subscriber pages you know you should have access to, it means your browser is blocking third party cookies and, therefore, our membership system. In other words, our site and our membership system can’t communicate to know you have access to the pages.

Don’t worry, though! It’s an easy fix. Find your browser, below, and follow the steps to adjust your browser’s settings. If you still have trouble, feel free to contact us for some more personalized help.

In Chrome and Firefox, individual sites can be set to allow third party cookies, without adjusting your global settings. You can do this with the following steps:

  1. Open the browser's Settings (or "Preferences") screen.

  2. Search for "cookies" to find the relevant options.

  3. Find the option for adding sites to the list to allow cookies

    1. In Chrome, this is the "See all cookies and site data" section - the option titled "Sites that can always use cookies"

    2. In Firefox, this is the "Manage Exceptions" button next to the "Delete cookies and site data when Firefox is closed" checkbox, likely at the very bottom of the page

  4. Click the "Add" or "Manage Exceptions" button and in the text field, enter [*.]transformityresearch.com for Chrome or transformityresearch.com for Firefox and save your changes.

Safari desktop also allows per-site unblocking. To change the settings in Safari, you can do the following:

  1. Go to the "Safari" menu and find the "Settings for This Website" item.

  2. Uncheck the "Enable content blockers" option and save your change.

If you are still having trouble, then you will need to turn off cross-site tracking at the browser level and will need to also do the following:

  1. Go to Safari’s Preferences

  2. Click on the Privacy button

  3. Find the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking option and turn it off

In Safari mobile (iPhone or iPad), you'll have to do the following:

  1. Go to the iPad's Settings app

  2. Find the Safari entry (alternatively, you can ask Siri to "open Safari settings" to get you here)

  3. Find the Prevent Cross-Site Tracking option and turn it off

I get an error when trying to view the portfolios

This seems to happen most frequently in Safari for iPad. Find the “privacy preserving ad management” setting and disable it, then refresh the page.
