SPAQ FISKER Strong Buy Under $15 with $40 Target

BUY ALERT SPAQ UNDER $15: SPAQ/Apollo Capital is Acquiring Fisker INC. Who is Making the ULTIMATE Millennial Electric SUV

The NEXT Great EV/SPAC Deal: BUY SPAQ Under $15 & SPAQWS Warrants Under $5 With $40 Target 2021

According to my sources inside Apollo Global (AGM) and the electric vehicle (EV) company Fisker Inc., they are in the final negotiation to go public through a merger with Apollo's Spartan Energy Acquisition Corp. SPAQ which is a SPAC backed by the giant New York private equity firm.

The final issue is the Fisker valuation near $2 billion but this will CLOSE as early as next week I am told. In fact, I talked with my sources at Apollo this morning, and given that this Apollo Global (who have over $330 billion under management), my guys inside Apollo and Fisker say “done deal.”

If you don’t know of AGM, Apollo Global Management is one of the leading alternative investment managers in the world. They have $331 billion under management that has grown two-fold over just the past five years--they are a monster.

In other words, they have virtually unlimited financial resources to not only fund Fisker but they also can easily provide the financing for Fisker’s amazing all-inclusive SUV lease deal.

That lease is just $395 a month all-inclusive lease deal (30,000 miles per year with a monthly rollover of unused miles) or the outright purchase price UNDER $30,000 with the Federal $9,500 EV tax credit! (that Tesla no longer can offer since the Federal tax credit ends after 200,000 vehicles).

That Tesla tax credits expired was no surprise since the way the credits were structured when they were introduced in 2010 in the first place. The first 200,000 buyers of plug-in vehicles - pure EVs and plug-in hybrids - from any automaker get to take advantage of tax credits that range between $2,500 and $7,500, depending on the size of the battery pack in the car they buy (the Fisker Ocean SUV qualifies for the $7500 tax credit + $1000 California tax credit). After the first 200,000 EVs are sold, tax incentives for EVs from that automaker start to decline in what's called the "phase out" period by 50% to $3,750 and then $1,875.

How do I know Fisker insiders? Back in 2009, my firm helped raise some serious capital for Fisker Automotive (they raised $1.4 billion altogether) to build the luxury Karma EV. Let’s just say Henrik was about 5 years TOO EARLY and the original luxury EV company failed (and was sold to a Chinese automaker).

The issue then was not the car—the deal killer was the 100 ish mile battery life—like I said they were WAY too early in the EV space.

But I have always been very impressed with Henrik and his team--he is a vehicle design genius.

I checked in with my sources inside Fisker and they confirmed they are in the final step to close SPAC merger deal.

I also confirmed Fisker completed a $50 million bridge financing this week with proceeds to finish the next phase of final engineering work on the Fisker Ocean luxury SUV, which is due to launch in 2022. The $50 million Series C financing round was funded by Moore Strategic Ventures, the New York private investment vehicle of billionaire hedge-fund manager Louis Bacon. The SPAC $$$ will go to manufacturing plant and working capital.

NOTE: Louis Bacon would NOT have done that deal if he did not believe the Apollo deal would close, ok?

But at the end of the day, this deal is about the genius of the Fisker Ocean SUV--what a vehicle!

Dramatic Dimensions
At 4,640 millimeters (182.7 inches) in length, 1,930 millimeters (76 inches) in width and 1,615 millimeters (63.6 inches) in height, the all-electric luxury SUV offers a spacious environment for both front and rear passengers. With thoughtful design touches, new spaces are created for five adults to sit comfortably – even during the longest of rides.

Functional Utility
With 566 liters (20 cubic feet) of trunk space, the vehicle presents practicality and utility. The space increases to 708 liters (25 cubic feet) with the parcel shelf removed, expanding to 1,274 liters (45 cubic feet) with the rear seats folded. The Fisker Ocean will come with roof rails and towing hook options. Towing capacity will be released in 2021.

All-Terrain Driving and Power
The Fisker Ocean will be offered in a four-wheel-drive configuration on all trims except for the base model (Rear wheel drive) – reflecting the vehicle’s off-road capabilities. The standard four-wheel drive configuration will deliver an output of more than 225 kilowatts (more than 300 horsepower), with an ultra-high performance version targeting zero-to-60 mph in less than three seconds (total power output to be announced in 2021).

Sustainable from the inside out

Optional full-length solar roof: supporting the car’s electric power source, boosting driving range.

Vegan interior: 100% Polycarbonate Polyurethane surfaces and 100% reinforced Rayon backing that meets stringent chemical emission limits

Rubber waste: utilizing discarded rubber waste generated during tire manufacturing that will no longer be dumped in landfills

Interior trim: derived from polyester fibers (T-shirts, fibers), recycled bottles and plastic to reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions into the atmosphere by 80%

California Mode
This patented feature lowers and slides nine glass windows and panels to open the entire cabin with one-touch – creating an open-air feeling, while still maintaining a full “roll cage” safety structure around the passengers. California Mode allows the rear hatch glass to drop – enabling long items to be placed through the opening without having to drive with an open tailgate. Fisker will offer this feature as standard across all option packages, except for the base model.

Foresight
A state-of-the-art heads-up display integrated into the windshield will be complemented by a large 16-inch center touch screen and a 9.8-inch cluster screen. From augmented reality features to haptic touch buttons and immersive digital experiences.

I just made a reservation for MY OWN Fisker Ocean SUV--and I will PAY CASH for the car from the gains from the stock and the warrants!!
