Hey Subscriber,

Just off a phone call with Lomiko Metals CEO Paul Gill--and let's just say you want to be in LMRMF stock BEFORE this news breaks, ok?

Lomiko Metals LMRMF Update: Buy Under .15 Cents with .50-.75 valuation by 2022.

Hearing from CEO Paul Gill that the Lomiko Metals “Preliminary Economic Assessment” aka PEA on their Quebec graphite mining property that we expected in October is NOW expected by JUNE 10!

According to Mr. Gill, the "LMRMF PEA Estimated Resource Economic Numbers are due by JUNE 10."

And perhaps more important is the key economic feasibility filing with the Canadian SEC –the “43-101” filing of the Estimated Resource Economics numbers now looks to be filed by MID-JULY.

Our expectation for this make-of-break economic feasibility research was for October--and in the mining industry--EARLY NEWS is usually GREAT NEWS.

"This preliminary economic assessment (PEA) is the most important document for mining companies because it tells us what the potential valuation of the company is at that time," said Gill. "That will de-risk the project and give us a clear runway towards production."

Key Point: As I mentioned when we established our LMRMF position earlier this year, the key comparable graphite mining operation in graphite rich Quebec is the Nouveau Monde (NMG-NYSE) graphite mine that POST-PEA from October 2020 went from a $50 million market cap to now listed on the NYSE at $11 per share or nearly $550 million aka a 10-bagger in less than a year!

PS--The July 2020 NMG investor presentation looks a LOT LIKE the LMRMF investor presentation coming in 2022!

In the call I asked Mr. Gill "Tell me again why graphite so important right now?”

"Graphite is vitally important because this is a material that goes into electric vehicle batteries," explained Gill. "The cathodes of Lithium-ion batteries are made out of lithium, cobalt, and nickel, but what is not known is that the entire anode of the battery is actually graphite," said Gill. "Demand is up 8-10X in 2021 over the 2015-2018 period for battery-grade graphite and when demand is up prices will follow as well."

“And Biden White House/Canada agreements making battery metals and graphite strategic materials (to reduce dependence on China—especially for graphite and rare earth minerals) a serious priority does not hurt either rignt?

Is that one of the reasons behind your new Bourier Lithium project?"

"We want to have both sides of that battery under potential development," said Gill, adding that the early-stage project may also include nickel targets. "The most exciting thing about Bourier is that it is a volcanic massive sulfide (VMS) system which is over fifteen miles long."

Me: "Wow--that is an amazing amount of high-grade lithium!"

Gill: "The Bourier project is located in the James Bay region of Quebec. It happens to be a very prospective area in which we call the Lithium Triangle North, so there are a number of projects that already have feasibility studies on them," he shared. "It's a really exciting area to be in."

ME: "And we can assume with the PEA/43-101 reports the $40 million of project financing you have secured with Kenmar will get the initial mining platform build-out up and running, right?”

Correct— the PEA and 43-101 reports trigger the non-dilutive $40M debt raise for acquisition and development of our graphite mine with Delaware-based Kenmar Securities as its exclusive advisor."

Action to Take: It's time to build a sizable position in LMRMF under .15-17.5 before it takes off like Nouveau Monde (NMG-NYSE) and goes ballistic.
